The Associate Software Engineer will be part of the software development team and participates in all phases of the software development project life cycle, includes analysis, design, develop code, test business software applications and project implementation.
Responsibilities:
Managing development teams: Leading the development team through the design, development, coding, testing, and debugging of applications
Ensuring project success: Guiding the team to ensure successful project delivery
Designing and developing software: Creating software to meet user needs
Updating software: Keeping software up to date with the latest techniques
Generating reports: Creating reports on the development process and application performance
Conducting system analyses: Identifying weaknesses in systems
Mentoring software engineers: Advising and coaching other software engineers
