About Dr Reddys Foundation

Dr. Reddys Foundation (DRF) is a Corporate Social Responsibility arm of Dr. Reddys Laboratories & was incubated in 1996, with the belief in inherent motivation and capacity of human beings for progress, given an appropriate and adequate environment.

DRF works in the Livelihood sector offering a wide array of vocational training programs in areas like IT enabled Services, Hospitality, Customer relation and Sales / Retail Sales, BPO voice and non-voice, life skills aiming at providing entry-level job opportunities to poverty stricken youth (age group: 18-35 years) thus addressing issues of employability, income generation and subsequent improvement in quality of life. We have 110 vocational training centers with its presence across 22 states, in partnership with several Corporate, PSUs & Government organizations.
