Each of us have a driving force, a passion that gets our blood racing and our hearts beating faster. Ours is food! Good food. Elegant in its simplicity. Colourful and aromatic, a feast for all the senses. Food steeped in history of generations. Secret traditional recipes. Every dish is a story that should be experienced in 3D.

I got so lost in my first passion that I almost forgot to mention the second (only by a thin margin)! Travel. In many ways I discover places like a taste new dishes. In fact I discover places through their cuisine. Meeting the locals who make the ingredients come alive. Visiting the kitchens and the units that process those ingredients. And finally witnessing the brilliance of the chefs that turn those humble ingredients into the magic that drives my world.
