About Creya Learning & Research

Creya Learning is an education services provider based in Hyderabad, India. With a mission to transform Indian school education to an inquiry-based, learner-centred system that produces autonomous learners, Creya partners with schools across the country to deliver their pioneering XEL program.

XEL is India’s first Studio-based in-school program that empowers children with the skills, literacies and competencies necessary to succeed in life and at work in the 21st Century. The Learning Studio, a technology and enabler-rich physical space designed and developed by Creya and installed in partner school campuses, forms the hub of the constructivist learning approach of XEL. The XEL curriculum aligns closely with NCF 2005 as well as the curricula of IB and IGCSE. XEL is CCE compliant for CBSE schools. Within two years of Creya’s founding, 20,000 children across India are harvesting the benefits of learning through XEL and imbibing the eponymous 21st Century Skills into their lives.
