Chemvera is a chemical distribution company that aims to consolidate and disrupt the chemical distribution market in India. Chemvera aims to create a differentiated, world-class distribution model in India by focusing on creating new markets for high-value added / specialty chemical products and by adopting a highly customer centric approach to selling products. Chemvera is setting-up services based sales model where in we aim to provide a full basket of technical, consulting and other necessary services to clients. 

Our business model combines both the online and offline strategies providing customers a unified solution for all their chemical purchasing needs and bringing a much-needed transparency into the existing purchasing processes. The company’s business model is based on a combination of both organic and inorganic growth opportunities. 

In the short to medium term, we expect to make a few more acquisitions to help grow into interesting end-markets and acquire new capabilities. In July 2015 Chemvera acquired Polyrika Universal, a leading specialty chemical distribution company focused on the PVC and broader plastics market. While this is a key growth lever, management is very focused on organic growth opportunities to help improve our market share in existing products and end-markets.
