Centre for Responsible Business (CRB) is an independent and pioneering not-for-profit organization headquartered in New Delhi. CRB was incubated by Deutsche Gesellschaft f�r Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH of Germany, Social Accountability International (SAI) of US and Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI) of Brussels, over 3 years (2010-2013) as part of German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) supported Development Partnership with the Private Sector (DPP) project. Global in orientation, CRB is a centre of excellence facilitating social impacts and organizational behaviour change towards incorporating responsible business strategies, policies and practices through sustainability standards. CRB supports actors and stakeholders across the global production network, value and supply chains - as they promote and move towards more sustainable and responsible future that will contribute to harmonious relationships at workplaces, organizational productivity, environmental sustainability, business continuity, growth and enhanced local, regional and global trade.
