Centre for Advanced Technologies (http://www.caTechnologies.in) is run by senior people from IT industry who conduct free workshops on "approaches" to problem solving in multiple ways and find "smart solution" for a given task. The task could be as small as a small program, or it could be a large software project. The smart solution is produced in the form of efficient algorithm.

The "creative thinking" workshop complements to the training on "programming" that the IT companies provide to their own employees. The employees learn "algorithm creation" from "creative thinking" and then do the necessary "programming". Without efficient algorithm, programs tend to be suboptimal and average quality.
