Breaking the Code of Criminal Procedure is a leading blog on Indian Criminal Law. The idea behind the blog, as most other blogs, is to increase public participation and free access to knowledge. Besides commenting on every day issues in law and politics, we also post interesting updates in criminal legal studies and insightful interviews. We are a small team of lawyers who work part-time for the blog and are completely caught up in the remaining time in their academic/corporate world. The blog was founded in 2010 by Ashish Goel who graduated from National University of Juridical Sciences and is currently working in London alongside his studies. Our other contributors are currently in Kolkata, Hong Kong and London.
