About BC Management Services

BCMS is a wholly owned subsidiary of the British Council Holdings UK and British Council Charity and is based in Noida, India. Under the auspices of Scale of Ambition, a global review of Support Services was commissioned under the Business Transformation Programme and which resulted in establishment of BCMS, hub for delivery of Information Systems (IS), Finance and Centre of Excellence (COE) services. This has been incorporated as BC Management Services Private Limited (henceforth also referred to as "the organisation", "the company", or "BCMS"). The mission for BCMS is connected to, but different from, that of the British Council. The purpose of the British Council is to create international opportunities for, and trust between, the people of the UK and other countries worldwide (this is what is termed 'cultural relations'). BCMS as an entity has been put in place to provide Finance and IS services to the BC, to support it in these aims.
